About Me — My Story
Currently working as Senior UX/UI Designer at Syneos Health.
Ten years ago, I started my journey in the world of design with a simple question:
“Why do some digital products feel easy to use… while others feel confusing?”
That curiosity pushed me into the world of User Experience (UX) design.
The Problem I Saw
Powerful technology. Struggling users.
Over the years, I worked with different teams, products, and industries — especially in healthcare and digital platforms. I observed something interesting.
Many companies were building powerful technology, but users were still struggling to use it.
The assumption
“The technology is powerful, so it will work.”
The reality
“Nobody was thinking deeply about the human experience.”
That's where my work began to evolve.
How My Thinking Shifted
From designing screens to designing systems.
Instead of just designing screens, I started focusing on what actually matters:
•Understanding how people think
•Identifying real user problems
•Designing simple solutions for complex systems
Today, after 10+ years in UX and customer experience, my work sits at the intersection of:
Who I Help
Three groups I work with most.
Designers
Build strong portfolios, case studies, and AI product thinking so they can grow in their careers.
Startups & Entrepreneurs
Understand their market, users, and product positioning to build products that people actually want.
Product Teams
Design AI-powered features that are responsible, useful, and easy for people to understand.
Core Belief
What I believe about technology and design.
Technology should not make life complicated.
Good design should make life simpler for people.
Today I share my knowledge through frameworks, storytelling, and practical insights to help designers, founders, and teams build products that truly work for humans.
One Line Philosophy
I design and teach how technology
can feel human.
